- mufasa.signals.get_snr(cube, rms=None, **kwargs)[source]#
Calculate the peak signal-to-noise ratio of the cube.
- Parameters:
cube (SpectralCube) – SpectralCube object.
rms (float or None, optional) – Root mean square of the map. If None, calculate using get_rms_robust().
**kwargs – Additional arguments for RMS calculation.
- Returns:
Peak signal-to-noise ratio.
- Return type:
Quantity
